All goods are supplied Ex Works (EXW)
Under EXW terms:
- Goods are made available for collection at our premises.
- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are available.
- The buyer is responsible for loading, carriage, insurance, export clearance, customs formalities, duties, and taxes.
- Loading can be facilitated by Caladore if written consent is obtained

Order Preparation
- Buyers will be notified once goods are ready for collection.
- Collection must be arranged promptly to avoid delivery delays.1

- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List (if required)
- Any additional export or compliance documentation must be requested at time of order.
